EREPORT # 19729 stated the following: Tomeshia reported that she was raped by her mother 's live in boyfriend when she was 13 years old. She reports that she has a 6 month old son by Earl. Tomesha reports that her mother was gone to her grandmother’s house, and she was sick and didn 't go to school that day. She stated that Earl raped her. It was reported to the nurse upon admission and the nurse completed an allegation of abuse form and submitted it to me on 3/31.

Mr. Johnny Boggs, 69-year-old Caucasian divorced male, lives with his biological daughter, Ms. Wanda Boggs Ferguson, 20-year-old Caucasian, and her husband Mr. Charles Ferguson, 21-year-old Caucasian along with their two sons, Charles Ferguson Jr. (3 years and 10 months old) and Liam Ferguson (13 months old) at the current residence (381 Greenbriar Rd, Louisa, KY, 41230). The house is in Mr. Boggs name and he is residing in the house for the last 50 years. It was brought to attention that authorities had used coercive methods to produce a false confession from Ms.Lucio. It has shown that people who have survived sexual abuse and violence, as Ms.Lucio has from her stepfather when she was younger, are even more vulnerable to confessing under such coercive conditions. A very important and key factor that was not investigated by the authorities was Mariah’s health history. Mariah had a lengthy history of being prone to tripping which was due to her having a physical disability that made it difficult for her to walk at times.

The reporting party (RP) stated former foster child Bryannah Appelhanz disclosed on 1/12/17 while residing in the home she was offered and provided "Weed Brownies." According to the RP foster mother Audra Etheridge would routinely bake brownie (Red Velvet) mixed with marijuana. Foster child Bryannah stated her foster mother Audra offered and provided her with a brownie mixed with marijuana. Bryannah described feeling funny after eating the brownie. Bryannah stated the foster mother's adult son Marcus Etheridge, who did not live in the home, grew the marijuana, bought it to the foster home and the foster mother baked it into the brownies.

Unknown if the child has went out to steal with the parents. The reporter was threaten by the parents when informed the reporter would not keep the children any more due to Timothy stealing. The reporter stated the parents are taking pain bills. Unknown if they are doing so in front of the children, or if the child have access to the pills. Reporter stated the children did not attend school

She had up over the arrest of her youngest brother who served 15 years, in person on a charge no one speeks of, and the mutlble arrests of her two son’s for drug and petty crims. Her youngest is still serving a two year charge for reckless driving under the

Per Reporter: On 10-22-17, the children's mom (Santana) went to jail in Marshall County, Santana has back warrants for a controlled substance. Santana takes Xanax. It is believed that Santana does more than Xanax like using cocaine.

The worker contacted Crystal Thorton; who is a friend of Chetara Washington. The worker asked Mrs. Thorton if she had any concerns for Mrs. Washington and/or family and she stated “No Chetara is a very good mother and a very capable parent. She very patient and you have to be with two children so close in age, but I’ve never seen her yell or curse at her children. Chetara will just have sit in time out or send them to their room if they’re misbehaving. The worker asked Mrs. Thorton if Mrs. Washington had anyone other than her kids living in the home and Mrs. Thorton stated “No.

02/25/16 -The Assessment Summary has substantiated the child abuse and neglect as a FOUNDED. The mother has been charged with 40 criminal charges related to child abuse. Diagnostic Impressions Sharon is a 34 year old mother that is being forced by Department of Human Resources (DHR) to complete treatment to get custody of her two children. Sharon was married 10 years to her husband after he passed away from a car accident two years ago. Client reported that she started using opiates two months after her husband passed away. Sharon’s husband was her high school sweetheart and was the only reliable man in her life. Sharon married two years after graduating from high school and hasn’t had the opportunity to live by herself.

The life she has between her child and husband is different than the one with her mother, father and brother. She says her husband doesn’t understand anything that goes on in her family.
