Macbeth and Lady Macbeth changed throughout the play and the way they acted. At one point they are doing and thanking one thing and later on they are thanking something completely different of what that started thanking. At the beginning of the play they wanted to kill the king they were happy to and had no problems. As the play progressed on they started to fill guilty and regretted what they did they had banco killed so he would not say anything because Macbeth thought that he know too much about what happened he had murders kill banco when he was going to a banquet. The witches are only able to influence his actions through Macbeth’s pre-existing and the three witches see that Macbeth has ambition and uses it to control his action. In most novel to film adaptations, directors will often change certain elements of the work for the movie to move at a different pace. These changes may range from the main character’s hair colour to larger transformations like an important character being left out. In the case of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth, the largest difference from the play to film was the role of Ross. In the film adaptation of Macbeth, Ross is a developed and crucial character to the plot. This is shown through his involvement in Macbeth’s schemes, relationship with Macbeth, and loyalty to power in Scotland.

In the play The Tragedy of Macbeth by William Shakespeare, Macduff proves to be the true hero. Macduff proves to be the true hero of the play for being loyal to his country and killing Macbeth. Macbeth and Macduff differ because Macbeth is conceded and a killer, while Macduff is not. Macduff, the Thane of Fife, proves to be a loyal man when it comes to his country and his people. For example, Macduff deserts his family in order to go to England to meet with Malcolm and the king of England, so all three of them can go back to Scotland to defeat Macbeth for once and all.

In many stories evil triumphs but never concurs. In the novel of to kill a mocking bird from Harper lee, evil is triumphed by ignorance and racism. How ever in the novel of Macbeth from William shake spear, evil is triumphed by greed, jealousy and ambition. Both have their own scenario and we will compare how both protagonists for both novel fight the evil that triumphs in their life’s. for the novel ‘Macbeth’ the protagonist is Macbeth and the protagonist for ‘To kill a mocking bird’ is Atticus both will be compared on how big of an impact was created by their decision and how they face evil.

In this essay I will be comparing two female characters from different texts and different time periods. We will be looking in depth at Lady Macbeth from Shakespeare 's play 'Macbeth ', and Sheila from J.B. Priestley 's 'An Inspector Calls '. We will be looking at their roles in their respective plays, and how their characters develop over time. It is clear that both ladies are in strong relationships, but how they act within these relationships is vastly different.

Lady Macbeth is shown, as a character that schemes into making rebellious plots. She reveals the desire for wanting to lose her feminine qualities in order to be able to gain more masculine ones.

Macbeth and Banquo were seen as relatively similar individuals who acted with nobility. At the beginning, they both were loyal military leaders who fought hard for their king and their country. However, after their encounter with the Three Weird Sisters, they began to show their differences through the actions they make in regards to prophecies they were given. Macbeth and Banquo were both heroic, noble and brave leaders who led their armies to victory numerous of times. They were loyal subjects to the king, and they lived their lives continuously fighting for him as well as the country.
