Louis Pasteur: How He Changed the World
In the medical world and the scientific community, there are many people who helped
with providing research and cures so that lives can function properly. On of the medical/
scientific innovators in our world is Louis Pasteur. Louis Pasteur is a very important figure in
the medical field and scientific community and without him, our world would not be able to
function the way it does now.

Pasteur was a very good leader in the scientific community that helped many people. He
saved the silkworm industry from collapsing by discovering a way to stop them. His researches
and observations have paved the way for other discoveries in the near future. For example. Paste-
-ur’s research in brewing helped create a base for successful alchohal companies by discovering
how to keep the fermenting process from failing. His determination is als owhat makes him a go-
-od leader. He could not find a cure fore rabies at first, but with hard work and determination, he
Pasteur’s hard work and determination is what makes him a good leader in the scientific and
medical community. Without the help of some people, Pasteur would not have been able to be as famous as he
is today. At first, Pastuer was not interested in the sciences; he preferred the arts. His father
greatly encouraged him to pursue a career in the scieneces and without his father, he might have
not bec- ome a scientist. The headmaster of the Royal College in Besancon also

Saint Louis Bertrand was born on January 1, 1526 in Valencia, Spain to a religious family. Louis was always religious, as a young boy he would go to different churches in order to gain knowledge of what all the priest said, he also knew he wanted to be a priest from a young age. He became a Dominican priest at the age of 18 and his first thought was he was going to do a bad job preaching but he was wrong, people enjoyed him. In 1557 when the plague broke out he devoted himself to serving the poor and ill. At the age of 36, Louis Bertrand went to South America and baptized thousands of people and although he only knew Spanish, God had given him the gift of tongues so when he spoke all understood him.

Jacques Cousteau wanted to invent a way to breathe underwater furthering his work undersea. Cousteau was determined to show the world, somehow, what mysteries lie beneath the water.
Wisconsin is know for its cheese. But a man named Robert La Follette, who was from Wisconsin, was one of the most influential people of the progressive era. From being a lawyer in his state, to fighting political bosses at the national level, Mr. La Follette did many different things, but he is most well known for pioneering the progressive movement from the 1890s to the 1920s in the United States of America. He was born on June 14, 1855, in Primrose, Wisconsin. His full name was Robert Marion La Follette, and his nickname was “Fighting Bob”.
His strength and willpower assisted him on the journey to make a name for himself even when he is dead.
Rousseau was born on June 28, 1712. His father, Isaac Rousseau worked as a clockmaker. The mother, Suzanne Bernard, died during childbirth. Isaac influenced his son to believe that their home was as marvelous as the cities in ancient Greece. In 1725, Rousseau Jr. started his apprenticeship under an engraver.
