Is going to college worth it? Is going to college really that important? Some people would say “You have to go to college to get a good job and succeed in life.” I disagree, feel that going to college is worth it if you’re willing and determined to put in the money, time, effort, and if it will help you for your job when you get older. If you’re just going to college for the parties and to experience it but it won’t help you in actual life then don’t pay $60,000 to do that. You can do that for very cheap price in the actual world. Why spend 4 or 6 or even 10 years getting a degree that you don’t even need? If your mind isn’t made up you’ll just be putting yourself in debt for nothing. Just because you don’t go to college doesn’t mean you won’t be able to get a good job and you won’t make a lot of money. Although money doesn’t buy happiness, it sure does help with bills, debts, and other stuff, but if you really want to go to college and you need your bachelor’s or associates degree to use for the real world then do it. Pay the money you need to so you can do what you really want to do but if you really love what you do or are going to do then you wouldn’t be working a day in your life. …show more content…

That’s why I say if you really feel it’s worth it, it’ll help you in the long run, and will benefit you for what you need. You could attend online classes which is cheaper than college and still get your degrees, diplomas, whatever. There’s so many other options than going to college and breaking your pockets, your parents pockets, or even your great parents pocket. Don’t do it if you really don’t want to there’s other things for you to do if you don’t want to. There’s so many other options in the world just waiting for you.
