Firstly the Industrial Revolution began due to the primary focus of the 19th century being economic growth and expansion. The Industrial Revolution was essentially an era of new manufacturing procedures and new manufactured goods. This period exposed us to a notable “great inventor” who was called Eli Whitney. He gave us the popular invention of the cotton gin which made the process of separating seeds from cotton easier and less time consuming. Whitney also introduced us to interchangeable parts which made the creation of weapons quicker and cheaper.

The Industrial Revolution began in Great Britain because of its geographical qualities, new change within their social structure, and economical concepts formed at the time. I will be discussing how Great Britain's many rivers, accessibility to trading with neighboring countries, and multiple territories helped them begin the revolution. As well as, how the addition of one social class, and their big divide between classes influenced the beginning of industrialization. Lastly, I will talk about how economical concepts like mercantilism, capitalism, and communism sparked this new era of the world. So in other words, there are many reasons as to why the Industrial Revolution began in Great Britain.

These inventions were good for factory owners since machines did the same job as the employees at a faster rate and machines don’t get paid. By using machines, factory owners don’t have to worry about anyone getting hurt nor do they have to worry about how crowded their factory is. The Industrial Revolution didn’t only occur in the United States, it also occurred in Britain and Western Europe as well. Many factors contributed to the Industrial Revolution taking place in England. One of the main contributors to the Industrial Revolution was the Agricultural Revolution. The Industrial Revolution was when the world became more urban and industrial. New technologies were being produced that made new products, more of old products, and better products. The Industrial Revolution’s birth in England was due to: its Geography, the Agricultural Revolution, and the political stability.

The Industrial Revolution was a time of reform that refers to a phenomenon . Revolution usually means the change to get rid of the old authority and a whole change of things in society. Henceforth, the Industrial Revolution was a revolution or a transformation of the idea about the industry. Eminently, the most revolutionary aspect of the Industrial Revolution was the idea of mechanization. From the aspect of mechanization, it transformed the lives of people in the labor force, and how people lived during this time period.

The Industrial Revolution and what came of it is the reason that the world and economy is at the spot it is today. Before the industrial revolution the world looked pretty much the same all throughout history. During and after the revolution the world looked very different. The industrial revolution not only changed the dynamics in family life and work life but also shifted the power between countries, it also caused the world to be the polluted place it is. Studying the Industrial Revolution helps us understand how humans got to where they are today.

This positively led to the creation of new products and jobs. The increase of jobs drew in many immigrants, which diversified the American society. Immigrants worked in mines and factories and supported the economy.

During the Industrial Revolution there were many different and new inventions that have changed the world. All the new inventions impacted the world drastically and lead to an increase in the work force. Men received more money than women and put hard work in as they spent late nights to improve their inventions so they could earn more money for their families. There were also new ways of transportation that moved people from place to place that changed the world as well. From all the new inventions and transportations that were invented or discovered, it revolutionized the world.

The Industrial Revolution greatly impacted the economy, employment, and manufacturing. The Industrial Revolution as built the American economy to its great strength we see today. Before the Industrial Revolution, most products were made by hand and required skilled workers making products more expensive. This greatly affected the economy and how people were able to live off of their salary.

The release of harmful gases into the air from factories pollutes the world 's air, doing harm to the environment, further leading to global warming. Then, though it did boost many job opportunities, the living condition of the workers during the industrialization were poor. Company towns owned by business were rented out to employees. The owners forced them to live in isolated communities near workshops and forced them to buy goods with high interests. The cities were poorly constructed and crowded with people and residents.

The Industrial Revolution was from 1750 to 1830, a period of time that caused an economical and cultural shift. This era brought a mix of positive and negative effects that not only affected the area it was in but also its surroundings. In result of the revolution there was the cottage industry, agriculture, harsh labor within the system of factory- based manufacturing that included complex machinery, the growth of technology, new resources and the development of transportation. Also the series inventions that increased the production of manufactured goods, which then led to the increased size in the population. A series of the positive effects that came from the industrialization mostly came from the factory owners and the individuals who were above the middle class.

Effects of the Industrial Revolution The Industrial Revolution was an important event in history. It brought about many positives during its time. For instance, kids were well fed, educated, and clothed. There were plenty of negatives, as well. One very sad example was the machine injuries that happened to both children and adults.

With no efficient transportation, people had to live in the city to be close to their jobs. This was at least until railroads were invented, making travel faster and more convenient. Disease spread easily throughout the city, and it was not a safe place. Besides all these deprivations, there was some light at the end of the tunnel, a light that gave us what we have today.
