It is his writing Metaphysical Foundations of Natural Science (1786), which covers his ideas on natural philosophy, that many consider his

On June, 2013 Ethan Couch a wealthy teen was speeding and caused a crash which he ended up killing four people and injured two. It turns out that his blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit. He could have faced twenty years behind bars but his attorneys claimed that his affluenza (a product of wealthy, privilege parents who didn’t set rules for him, and doesn’t know right or wrong) made him blameless for his actions. The judge didn’t give him a sentence but ordered for his parents to pay for treatment and got 10 years of probation. His parents agreed to pay $450,000 a year for his rehabilitation.
The definition of evacuate is the removal of persons or things from an endangered area. If we were told to evacuate our homes without knowing why, would you? For Ellie Wiesel and his family they did not. Elie Wiesel is fifteen years old when he and his family are deported in May 1944 by the Hungarian gendarmerie and the German SS and police from Sighet to Auschwitz. His mother and younger sister perish; his two older sisters survive.

“Monsters exist, but there are too few in number to be truly dangerous. More dangerous are the common men, the functionaries ready to believe and act without asking questions.” ~Primo Levi. This statement was said about the Holocaust. There are monsters in this world, but the people who believe the monsters and act for them are far more dangerous.
His beliefs continue to have a major influence on contemporary philosophy, especially have an effect on the fields of metaphysics, epistemology, ethics, political theory, and
Kant is wrong in his argument, of the"Murderer at the Door" case, because what he is stating is absolutely illogical and has no human reasoning supporting it. " The Murderer at the Door" case is simply stating that if you lie to the murderer about where your friend is located, then it can cause your life to be altered, but then again, if you tell the murderer where your friend is, you are just as guilty as the murderer because you told the murderer the whereabouts of your friend. Since either way your life would be altered in both situations, are you really doing the right thing by telling the truth? Two objections from Hume include that morality is feeling, affect, or sentiment.
Immanuel Kant’s moral theory differs greatly from the other theories we have learned about, especially Mill’s view of utilitarianism. Utilitarianism is based on the consequences of actions, while Kantian Ethics focuses on the intentions a person has before they act, and if they are fulfilling their duty as a person when acting. Kant explains his theory by providing examples of different people who are all doing the same action, but for different reasons. He discusses a store owner who charges everyone equal prices and explains that this only has moral worth if he is acting from duty, meaning he does this because it is what is right. The act is not moral if he acts in accordance with duty, or because he is worried about his reputation or business.
