Everyone is guilty for something. In people’s eyes, some are worse, some are better. People measure sin their own way from what they believe is right or better. Casey Anthony was found not guilty or murdering her own child. Though the evidence speaks differently. Anthony’s life style, her reaction to her daughter missing, and the physical evidence of her car and duct tape should have been found guilty. Anthony had a very interesting life. She was a young woman who lied and tried to get away with her mistakes. She knew she would not graduate with her class, but she led her family into believing she would. When she was 19, she had put on weight, but denied that she was pregnant and claimed that she was a virgin. Seven months into her pregnancy, she told her parents the truth. (Casey 1)Three years later, Anthony took Caylee and told her parents that she was going to travel to Tampa to work at Universal Studios. Later, through the investigations, it was found that Anthony had not worked there in years. …show more content…
Each time, Casey told her the little girl was out with the babysitter, Zenaida “Zanny” Fernande-Gonzakez. Every single time.(Casey 2) Anthony tried to blame Caylee’s kidnapping on Zanny, only to find out that Zanny did not exsist. On July 15, 31 days after two-year-old Caylee’s disappearance, Cindy Anthony reported her missing to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. (Casey 2) It should never take a mother a month to report that her daughter is missing, unless she never cared for the daughter in the first place. She partied nonstop all over Orlando, and even got a tattoo on her arm with the words 'the good life' in Italian. Casey did not make the grief reaction that a mother does when her child has gone
Also, Grand Jury indicted Casey for aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter, and four counts of providing false information. Since she was found guilty, she now faces the death penalty. Casey appeared before a judge and was also charged with a capital crime then places in protective custody at the Orange County Jail. When Anthony’s bond was denied, she then hired Defense Attorney, Jose Baez. There were four hundred parts of evidence.
“I don’t know where she is, and thats the God honest truth.” - Casey Anthony. These are just some of the words Casey lied about to judge Belvin Perry face in the 2008 case. In July of 2008, Caylee Anthony was murdered by her mother. Casey was wrongly acquitted of her charges of First degree murder, Aggregative child abuse, and aggregative man slaughter.
While attending school in Italy, Amanda Knox a 27 year old American from Seattle Washington, has gotten herself caught up in quite a lengthy monstrosity. It began in 2007 when Knox and 23 year old Raffaele Sollecito, her boyfriend of one week claim to have been at his home smoking hash and watching movies all night. Upon arriving at the home Knox shared with her roommate the next morning, the pair noticed something astray and called police claiming there must have been a robbery. The police entered the home only to later discover the bloody body of Knox’s roommate Meredith Kercher. After conducting their investigation along with questioning both Knox and Sollecito, the two were charged and eventually convicted in 2009 for the gruesome stabbing
The murderer used chloroform and duct tape to suffocate the 2 year old toddler. And disposed the body in a black trash bag and placed in a forest wooded area. Found within walking distance from the Anthony residence. This can resonate to a conspiracy theory. With all of the facts and research the researchers came up with it is clear that the justice system has failed Caylee Anthony.
The jury took 10 hours and 40 minutes to deliver a not guilty verdict to the charges of first-degree murder, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and aggravated child abuse (3). Casey Anthony was found guilty of four counts of providing false information to law enforcement and check forgery (6). I personally don’t agree with the jury’s verdict. There is a lot of evidence pointing to the fact that Casey killed Caylee. First, she didn’t report Caylee missing and lied to her parents on her whereabouts.
During the interview Anthony stated “I’m still not even certain as I stand her today about what happened.” Anthony told the interviewer that the last she knew her daughter was with her father and after that she does not remember much of anything. What she does remember is waking up in the morning to her mother telling her goodbye and Caylee was in bed with her. Then hours later waking up and Caylee being gone and not knowing where she was. Anthony did state “The last time I saw my daughter I believed she was alive and was going to be OK, and that’s what was told to me” Although most opinions of Anthony are based solely off
However, Avery is not as guiltless as it may seem. The series proved to be rather one-sided, leaving important information and evidence out of the documentary that support the prosecution's arguments and instead, highlighting all of the circumstances that backed up the defense's case. Although some may stand firm on the idea that he is innocent, I believe Steven Avery to be a rightfully convicted, guilty man due to the abundant amount of reliable evidence the prosecution presented that all point to Steven Avery taking part in the murder of Teresa Halbach, most of which were excluded from the
The prosecution did not prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt; thus, justice was not served for the real victim, Caylee. Although Casey Anthony won in a court of law, she lost in the court of public opinion; thus, being punished by society just as OJ was. It’s practically a humanly instinct to ask “Eye for an eye?” After a multitude of trials, the jury reached a verdict that Casey Anthony was not
So at quatre years old they finally had confirmed and earned to keep Anthony!! This would have been a rough time for their family and the abusive drug matron! Please keep your kids! Don’t give them to adoption care! This is so sad for me to even hear this story!!!
Unfortunately, investigators didn’t have enough evidence to prove that he was guilty of the disappearance of
She fully intended to leave her baby behind when she bought a one-way ticket. She had no intentions of coming back. She also attempted to find someone to watch her. Her mother had plans so she found a sitter whom she never showed up for. She even went as far as asking a friend to go check on her house.
REPORTER: The reporter/baby sitter (Amber) called with concerns for the victim, Jaykob. On today (10/26/2015), Chris (father) called the reporter to see if she could pick up Jaykob from school at 9:00am; the reporter said she could not go and pick up the child. The reporter called the school coordinator (unknown) to see if the child was still there, and she said yes. The reporter texted Chris to see if he was going to pick up the child but he didn’t respond.
Others look past those and feel Mr. Avery is innocent, Brendan has no criminal record up until the investigation of the death of Teresa Halbach. My opinion on this is that Brendan Dassey is innocent. He is a young kid with a whole life ahead of him, why would a young kid do something so horrific? I firmly believe that Brendan may have been a victim of it as well as Teresa Halbach.
On May 25, 2010 Casey Anthony 's lawyer states to the court and jury that Caylee was unintentionally drowned in the swimming pool of their home , and that Casey and her father had cover it up. The prosecution presented that Casey Anthony did research on chloroform at her home computer but her mother Cindy Anthony 's asserted that it was her that made the searches that implicated her daughter but the records showed that Cindy Anthony was at work when these searches were done. On July 5, the jury found Casey not guilty of first degree murder but she was found guilty on four misdemeanors because she provided false material to a law enforcement officers.
