The Industrial Revolution helped to modernize certain nations for the reason of, at that point in history, it was time for people to evolve in the world. This was primarily the case for America and most of Europe. During 1790 the first industrial mill was opened in the United States and that was the start of an entirely new era for America. For Europe, the industrial revolution started slightly earlier in the 1780s, although it took much longer for it to come because of how long some of the civilizations in Europe had been around. At this point in history the United States recently became new to the world and it was already emerging as one of the most advanced countries in the world.
