Imagine knowing that someone is waiting for you outside your home. You are probably going to be scared and nervous and maybe excited, knowing you might get stalked to school. Well, they try to shoot you with their water gun. Role-play games are games that a person pretends to play in real life. In High-Jinks: Shoot-Out by Guy Martin, a high school has a real-life assassin game for money. Some might say role play games with violence are beneficial. In this part, twelfth graders have to assassinate a person, so they wait at his house this is bad for their mental health because their sleep in a van and a van is not very comfortable, and they won't get much sleep because if they have to go to school they won't be able to focus and keep falling asleep and if they won't be able to focus than their grade will go down, and they will get stressed which is horrible this is an example of how role-playing games with simulated violence are diverting for kids by how it impacts a person's mental health. Another example is in paragraph 11 which says“ In the late innings of Killer season, some kids occasionally sleep in the deeper recesses of St. Ann’s itself,” in this paragraph is how some people stay at the school because the school is a safe zone where people can not attack this is bad for their mental health because where are they going to sleep, and they are probably locked this is bad for their mental health because they would not get enough sleep and not be able to focus on school which would cause their grades to drop, and they would be stressed also some people don't handle the dark well and if the light is shut off they probably won't handle it well and panic. These role playing games are very beneficial for students to participate in, because they teach kids that team work, and extraordinary skills are needed to “survive”. Simulated violence is now starting to become a bigger issue in our society. Everyday, people are now starting to wonder if it is now starting to have a bigger impact on kids nowadays. Some kids are missing the last week of school and blowing off last week exams, also they are starting to take it to a whole new level by doing it when cars are in motion in the road. Violent video games have been blamed for everything from bullying to school shootings. Critics of these video games believe they cause people to commit violent acts in real life. These critics, mainly comprised of parents and other responsible adults, don’t agree with what the video games portray. Others say the video games cause less violence and are an outlet for anger and stress. Although violent video games have violent actions in them, teenagers should be able to play violent video games because there isn’t enough evidence to prove they make teens more aggressive, it could prevent violence, and violent video games are a fun and relaxing way to relieve stress and anger.

Bad Effects of Violent Video Games: Most of the bad effects of video games because of their violence they contain. Thus children who play more violent and dangerous video games are more likely to have increased of aggressive thoughts, behavior, feelings and decreased in prosocial helping. For the repeated cases of violence in video games, the child is in control of the violence and experiences in his own eye by killing, kicking, stabbing and shooting in games. Some researches admit that violent games may cause adolescents to become tremendous. Studies showed that video games increase psychological awakening, it could also increase aggressive behavior, emotions and thoughts and finally let teenagers lose the sense of helping others. All these effects will be carried by aggressive young people. It’s true that video games are violent, but aggressive adolescents are more likely to be more attracted to it. Some games reward players for doing violent actions, so this will affect them negatively, letting them think that violence is normal.

Obviously, too much of these games can have a negative influence as some say but certainly, if managed well role-playing games can be a good diverting and beneficial action for children to partake in. One such reason for this is that role-playing games with simulated violence can be a good outlet for children with lots of energy or violent tendencies. For example, a child who gets into fights a lot instead can play these games and release their anger out on the game instead of their peers.
