The person I believe, who caused the death of Romeo and Juliet was Rome’s own servant, Balthasar. Friar Lawrence saw their marriage as an opportunity to bring the two families together and stop the fighting. With their marriage in mind Friar comes up with a plan to help Romeo and Juliet stay together after Romeo is banished to Mantua, and his plan would also bring the Capulet's and Montague's together. Friar Lawrence brings Juliet a potion and encourages her to drink it. The potion will make her sleep for 48 hours and appear to be dead. Friar was to get a message to Romeo to inform him of the plan, but there was no guarantee that Romeo would get the message before hearing the news of Juliet’s death.

I wouldn’t say their death was entirely “written in the stars” or destined to happen, Romeo and Juliet's death was simply a tragedy that many people contributed to. Their families feud that led to the deaths of many loved ones, the way Friar Laurence overlooked their marriage, & the messengers inability to get to Romeo. Also noted that Romeo wasn’t patient and was very careless & impulsive with every decision he made when it came to Juliet, all in the name of his love for her. Romeo & Juliet's deaths undoubtedly could've been prevented, but nothing was done because everyone was so blind to the fact that these two lovers would do anything and everything for one another.  

When a death occurs, people panic, actions are regretted, and mysteries are thought about throughout the day. Unfortunately, it is impossible to change anything, and the only choice is to cope with the loss. At times, people that look guilty are excused, but it's the least guilty looking people that may have been responsible for contributing to the death of a loved one. Romeo and Juliet is a play written by WIlliam Shakespeare who did an excellent job of proving that many different characters can be responsible in different ways for contributing to a death. So in the end, Romeo and Juliet may have been the ones that triggered each other to commit death due to their unique and intense situation, but Friar Lawrence allowed that situation to occur

As they arrange a marriage behind everyone’s back, everything seems to be testing them; including a fight that broke out and ended in Tybalt’s murder and Romeo being banished from his hometown, Verona. Juliet could not go without being with her love, Romeo, and quickly had to find a way to be with him before her other marriage that her father arranged for her took place. As the friar arranges a plan for the two star-crossed lovers to reunite, things don’t work out the way they’re supposed to and end in the deaths of both characters. No doubt, Friar laurence married Romeo and Juliet to quickly because they only met two times before the marriage, they are also were too young to be getting married. Second of all, Friar Laurence made a potion for Juliet to drink because if he never married Romeo and Juliet he wouldn't have to make a potion for Juliet to drink. On the other hand, Friar Laurence left the Capulet's tomb when he heard people coming because of that Juliet stabs herself. This shows why Friar Laurence is accused for Romeo and Juliet's death.
