Florence Nightingale, a women in the 1800’s. She had her life planed out for her until she decided to changed that. She was supposed to be a nice proper lady just like all the other rich woman back then. But she didn't like that idea. Florence wanted to help people, make something out of her self. Something great, and she did. Also to be part of society you couldn't have a job you just had to hold a post or a lady could volunteer her time for a worthy cause. The Nightingales were still new, but well known and they were wealthy. But to be a part of society they would have to have no jobs. So they could barley see little Florence Nightingale making rules on her own. But once again Florence hated this idea she was certain that God had something planed out for her to do and she was going to do it, she was going to do something great, as soon as she found out what is was. Florence Nightingale was Daughter of William and Fanny Nightingale. The second child of the family. She was named after her birth place England, Firenze, she had a sister named Pathenpoe. She's big in history but she needs to be bigger, it should to be tout in history class. Florence was caring for others she changed nursing and lead people to do great things. She didn't do this to be famous she did it because she cares and she thought it needed to be done, and thats great. I know many people that are nurses and they work very hard at there job, but just imagine of how hard it would be if there were a lot of different wounds, lack of knowledge and only five nurses taking care of all these patients it would be very hard and crazy like. She was a great leader many men and women followed her and still are following her today. So spread the word, talk about Florence Nightingale and you can encourage people to do great things to, maybe it can be you that makes
She worked hard to change the working conditions for women and children. She succeed in banning children 14 and under from participating in the workforce, creating an eight hour work day, and making a minimum wage. Due to her fight to stop children 14 and under from participating in the workforce and fight to stop abuse in the workplace most likely Florence would not have supported the people who took in the orphans to use them as labor on their farms. She would have wanted to protect the orphans who were being abused in their new homes. Even though some children were put into good homes still wouldn’t outweigh the children who were put into abusive homes.

She helped aid soldiers and the freed slaves in the Union camps. Dangerous health problems and diseases were common, and many people unfortunately died since they didn’t have the medical knowledge and medicine we have today. Some of the diseases in the camps were typhoid fever, smallpox, measles, diarrhea, pneumonia, and malaria. One night, she searched Maryland woods to find water lilies and crane’s bill (germanium) which would help some people with dysentery, a disease of extreme diarrhea. She boiled them together and gave them to man which saved his life and helped him recover.

Anthony, because of her intense work involving women 's’ rights, highly influenced all of the societies and beliefs that were yet to come. She employed a huge role in our history because of the fact that she advocated for women’s rights, for the integration of women in the workforce, and for the abolition of slavery.

Even though there is no cure doctors can slow down the process of the disease. On the other hand Clara Barton has also made a huge impact on the medical field and society. Barton made an impact on the medical field by jumping in and treating the wounded in war and also by creating the organization called the American Red Cross. This organization has had and still has an impact on society because they help people who have suffered from disasters such as house fires or a flood.
