When acquiring a college degree you benefit greatly. The pay you get at any job will be raised if you have worked for a college degree, some jobs won’t even look at your resume if you don’t have a degree. Many people chose not to go to college, but roughly about 1/3 of high school students continue their education at college. Overall you get a higher job satisfaction if you have snagged a college degree. I would much rather be looked up to, rather than looking up to someone who has continued their education. I would like to promote my education at Fairmont State University after I graduate from Preston High School. Fairmont State University has a wide range of studies you could go into from your paramedic certification to Master of science-criminal justice Graduate program. FSU additionally, has many sports and extracurricular activities always going on. The tuition for twelve plus credit hours is $2,823 a semester. Fairmont State also has over eighty student organizations including Student Government, Fraternities, and Sororities, Music groups, Religion clubs and many other organizations. I need to have a 3.0 accumulative G.P.A. to get into the criminal justice program at Fairmont state. I will be going to study in white collar crimes just for the general knowledge; white collar crimes are very hard crimes to investigate. Obtaining a criminal justice degree would make me extremely ecstatic. A six year master’s degree in criminal justice would help me pursue my dream to become a criminal investigator; a two year associate’s paramedic certification would give me more job opportunities in the public service job

This college is located on a 150 acre campus and is over a hundred years old! The college was started and founded by the Presbyterian church in 1899. The entire student body is around 1,400 with over 30 different majors available. The college also offers a variety of extracurricular activities including sports teams,clubs, student government, and musical opportunities.
There are no Sororities/fraternities in the university of STC. I will not attend any of these events because, I like as much free time as I can get. there is Financial Aid at stc.there are Scholarships for STC.yes there are Pell grants, they are basically financial aid. A lot of the bands I like to listen to come to Raleigh and Chapel Hill so I would be closer to both of those places. NC State also has an average class size of about 30 students, so this would be optimal for me. There are also some drawbacks to attending NC State. First off, I don’t like the vibe of the NC State campus nearly as much, it makes me feel like I’m in a busy city as opposed to a college.

The one group that outweighs all the others is the college graduates proving that with a college degree unemployment is less likely to befriend people who do pursue college.
