Did you know that the 9/11 attack was not the first terrorist attack on the World Trade Center? On the 11th of September in the year 2001, Islamic terrorists hijacked four commercial airplanes and crashed two of them in the World Trade Center in New York City. One of the other planes was crashed into the Pentagon in Virginia while the last plane was driven to the ground in a field in Pennsylvania. 9/11 changed American society by improving security but also by increasing ongoing wars. Immigration and deportation were also increased because of 9/11.

1B The way George W. Bush handled the attack on the World Trade Centre on September 11th, 2001 is considered a hero. When the planes hit and the towers fell, as the President he had a hard decision as the whole country was looking to him for calming words in this time of pain. Everyone was friendly and opened to each other because there was no fear. But, unfortunately the views of everyday living have changed as a result of the attacks on the United States. The continued threat of terrorism has affected the lives of Americans in negative ways. 9/11 has made a big impact and has effected U.S citizens for many reasons.

The 9/11 bombing caused dramatic changes in the lives of many Americans not only because of the sense of unity that came with the painful tragedy of the destruction and loss, but from the United States Patriot Act.   The Patriot Act is a law that was passed just 45 days after the 9/11 catastrophe in the name of national security.   The Patriot Act enabled investigators to more information possibly associated with terrorist related crimes.

` On September 11, 2001, three planes crashed into the Twin Towers. It was initially seen as an incident but with the arrival of two additional planes, it became clear that the attack was on purpose. The 9/11 attack on the U.S. was carried out by the terrorist group Al-Qaeda ( managed by Osama Bin Laden ) resulting in the loss of thousands of lives creating a comprehensive response from the US government. This attack can increase the paranoia and trust issue among the American people, which would result in a possible increase in national security that would erode civil liberties. On the other hand, the US can become more aggressive in response to the terrorist attack.

The events that occurred on September, 11, 2001 were among the most catastrophic events in American history. The events of the day were summarized as 19 militants associated with the terror group al-Qaeda hijacked four airplanes and carried out targeted attacks in the United States. Out of the four planes, two of them were flown into the World Trade Center in New York, a third one into the Pentagon in Washington and the fourth one crashing off course into a field. The attacks resulted in the deaths of over 3000 people and the beginning of a soon to come American counter terrorism policy and the subsequent invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. The 9/11 tragedy was a moment where people had their guard up at all times. This was a time where life had strike to reality of time warfare with every person and country. Couldn’t trust no one that came to the U.S. America is the land of the free and the home of the brave, were brave because the generations before us had to face what had happened and to what is going to happen. This had left the buildings torn instantly killing hundreds of many people, getting them stuck in the higher floors. This attack was the worst in America ever since the Pearl Harbor All over our nation saw a major impact of devastation in the face of the September 9, 2001attacks.

This proves that some things we come back with don’t even work. The travel ban was created to make America “a safer place” right? So why is there more terrorist attacks than there was before. The travel ban only made people want to retaliate more. This was our way of creating a proportional response, and it only made things worse, it blocked people from living a better life, and created more chaos.

Two years later we entered Iraq. Many soldiers that were deployed over seas returned home with disabilities, or didn 't return home at all. 9/11 was a scary and devastating time for many families. It will be remembered as one of the most horrible and unbelievable days ever experienced in the United States. We can agree we will remember this day for many years to

The shock and disbelief of 9/11 revealed that America felt that something like this could not possibly happen to us. It showed that the security of our country had been compromised

Many woke up that Tuesday morning expecting to carry on with their daily lives, only to have it pulled out from underneath their feet. Over the course of that morning, four terrorist attacks were orchestrated by the Islamic terrorist group Al-Qaeda, killing a total of 2,977 people and wounding 6,000 more. Life in every corner of America was shaken. Where Americans once felt safe, they now felt vulnerable. Many wondered what was going to happen next, but no one knew.

The terrorist attacks on 9/11 have caused many debates over the years since they occurred back in 2001. Two of the planes (American airline flight 11 and united airlines flight 175) Crashed into the north and south towers of world trade center in New York City. One hour and 42 minutes after the crash of the planes both 110 stories towers collapsed resulting fire and the collapsing and damage to the other towers. Including the seven world trade center tower which has 47 stories.
