I do think we are in control of our own happiness because I think the human controls how we feel on a day to day bases because of the actions we do so really I do think we control our own happiness just how we control our actions.
So One example is our decisions that we do during the day make our happiness because if you start thinking about all this negative stuff you won't be happy therefore like say if your in school and all this negative stuff starts to happen you just got to deal with it because if you don't then that shows that your not a strong person inside and that any little thing will bother and will ruin your day and so if you just know how to deal with it and put it aside and not let it break your happiness then that shows that

So it’s like choosing your happiness Because you can't feel sad your thinking of something that made you sad witch is making you choose to be sad see and if you wake up and you say I'm going to be happy today and nothing is going to stop me then there you are right there choosing your happiness because you said your going to be happy so it's kinda just like a relationship or loving someone because you choose either if your going to be happy with this person there is really no one else that can tell you if that person makes you happy or not because that's comes from your heart and your brain because it's your emotion that is being put on the spot and no one can change that but you.
So the opposite of that would be like people think that people think that they don’t have a choice on if they can't control the happiness they think that whatever is going on around them that's going to be the choice of the emotion because they let the outside world impact

At the end of the excerpt, Kingwell discusses happiness, even unhappiness, and concludes with his own opinions on the subject. Since the beginning of human existence, people have tried to define happiness, but no one has described it sufficiently, which means the search continues.
In the article “Stop Trying to be Happy,” Mark Manson states that nowadays, people are striving so hard to be happy, while happiness is something in their self. However, most of them do not realize that when they do something they like, that is not a happiness, it just a pleasure. The problem why people are unhappy is, they always do something on other people expectations, not struggle to reach their expectation. Moreover, negative emotion is important to release unnecessary thing in our self, it keeps a happiness steady. Most people, always do something that is hard for themselves, but they keep try to do it, even they are fail.

Happiness is a rite of passage to everyone no matter what cost. It can be extremely difficult to take someone’s happiness away, but it can be done. For example, in the book “Anthem” by Ayn Rand, Prometheus’ happiness is stripped from him in a futuristic society focused around similarity and compliance. Similarly, this unfortunately can happen as we are currently witnessing in Communist countries. Rand describes taking away individuality by forcing everyone to use “we” instead of “I”.
First I will address the term happiness. I would like to argue that happiness is whatever you want it to be, either having good relations to others, having obscure measures of money or even being free, but I can not argue with the fact that happiness is controlled by chemical reactions in the brain that stimulate us into thinking we are happy. It is nothing more than simple biology.

Stuart believed that you could achieve happiness by helping others achieve happiness and by finding things that you enjoy in life.
