26-year-old Emma Watson is a British actress, model and activist for many issues. After landing a leading role in the Harry Potter Film Series she rose to fame, making her very well known worldwide. From 2011 to 2014 Watson continued her education, studying at Brown University and Worcester College, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 2014. That same year she was selected as a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador and helped launch the UN Women campaign HeForShe. She continues to speak out for women 's rights and equality. Not only is Emma Watson an exceptional leader but she is an inspiring model to young boys and girls around.

By catching the attention of young and old, male and female people she is holding beneficial power and showing these followers the power of unity and what it will bring.
Since making it clear that she is an action taking feminist, she has been strongly attempting to improve rights and equality for genders in our global society. Although rather than being bias and only fighting for women’s rights, she is appealing to everyone by fighting for gender equality throughout the sexes. Her aim is to show people the power of unity. “It is time that we all see gender as a spectrum instead of two sets of opposing ideals.”

Emma’s influence in society has been huge. Since her involvement in the HeForShe campaign a global hashtag became quite popular. It preaches the word that the campaign teaches. #HeForShe.
