Included in the price of a ticket was also admission to The OMA’s current exhibitions, which included Women of Vision: National Geographic Photographers and their other running exhibits, which contained an array of work, ranging from Pre-Columbian sculptures to more contemporary works of the 21st century. The specific exhibit which held my interest most was the Pre-Columbian, Mesoamerican gallery titled “A Trek from North to South”, which was organized by geographic locations in Latin America. I have been saving money for the last several years so I can finally have enough money to go on vacation and relax. The more money I save on the travel options the more I can spend on activities at the vacation of choice. I have 10 thousand dollars to spend. The cost of go to Hawaii is 7 thousand which is the most expensive option which would limit the amount of funds I would have for activities. Florida is the cheapest at 4 thousand which would give me more freedom to do what I would like go to many of the amusement parks and eat out as much as I want with next to no limitations during my vacation.
Although Six Flags is obviously more expensive due to its larger scale, both parks are reasonable priced with the option of purchasing season passes. While both parks are filled with great fun, expect to stand in long lines and spend lots of extra money on food, games, and must have souvenirs. The size of the two parks differ drastically which will determine the time needed to get through the entire park. With its beautiful and unique landscaping, Six Flags is a park that may take a couple of days or an entire weekend to get through; while you could definitely get through Worlds of Fun in a day or less using its easy to read map layout. In conclusion, Six Flags and Worlds of Fun both have high speed roller coasters that will make your stomach turn.
