Happiness is an emotion made up by a collage of memories of when you’re in pure joy. Some examples of happiness are different for every person. This represents how even if we all have a different reason we can all unite with a feeling of pure joy and happiness. Therefore, we can all agree that even the smallest things can create a bundle of pure happiness. Happiness is a great joy, how do you feel joy?
Even though many people have different ideas of happiness, at least 2 people share one example of happiness. For example, listening to music you love is a way to connect with happiness. To interpret, listening to a specific band or artist you love can you help you feel happy because you like the lyrics of one of their songs.
According to Dr. Lyubomirsky, the happiness is defined as the experience of joy, contentment, positive well-being. Happiness is the combination of good life, while it remains meaningful and rewarding (32). The author says that in order to achieve the happiness, it is necessary to follow five steps to sustain the happiness (257). Firstly, one has to remain positive, to create moments of delights, serenity, enthusiasm, and thrill. Secondly, to choose the variety of activities and give them adequate timing.
Happiness is an emotion, which makes it subjective, so it is difficult to have a definite meaning for the word. Is happiness just the absence of a negative feeling or is it the feeling of fulfillment and joy? Depending on the person, the answer varies and different activities make different types of people happy. Furthermore, each individual is willing to sacrifice certain materials to bring them joy. Nevertheless, in general, as a society, people sacrifice certain things, like money and time, in order to “make them happy.”
Others view happiness as a more internal and long-lasting state of being that is rooted in a sense of purpose, self-acceptance, and connection with others. In an article called “Read This Story and Get Happier” written by Adam Sternbergh.
The Websters Dictionary portrays or defines happiness as a state of content,satisfaction or euphoria. Happiness is something that cannot be forced or simulated and it is more that just a simple feeling or emotion. It is more than just a noun used in the vocabulary of the average third grade child. Happiness is an undescribable sentiment that anything can experience depending on that specific thing. It is natural and one of a kind.
Happiness is a feeling that every person strives to pursue in their journey throughout life. People have different outlooks on what happiness might be. For some, it might be material items such as jewelry, expensive clothes, nice cars, and money; others might find happiness in doing activities such as hunting, fishing, or hiking. However, having a few sad days does not mean one will have an unsuccessful life. One might feel down from mourning over a loved one, depression from a breakup, or just outright having a melancholy day.
The word happiness can be vague. It can mean a brief moment of happiness, such as getting a good grade or getting a good night sleep. But it can also mean more long lasting happiness like, meeting
Happiness has a broad meaning. One may consider it to be having money, love, or even just enjoying the little things in life. There is no real definition for happiness because it all depends on a person 's perspective of life. Happiness is more about the way you think and act rather than a material possession. It is not something that has a physical form, or that is worth something valuable, yet everybody seeks it.

Happiness is an amazing thing and makes one feel great, but can too much happiness be a bad thing? Too much happiness is a surprising statement, but is nonetheless true, because too much happiness can have negative impacts on one's life. Negative emotions, despite the fact that they are less coveted than the positive emotions, serve just as vital a role in terms of giving perspective, creating arguments, and preventing unnecessary risk.
However, it raises a question: what is happiness and how can one achieve it? People don’t need a formal description of happiness since everyone knows it when they feel it. We often use this feeling to describe a range of positive emotions such as joy, comfort, and gratitude. However, it’s crucially important to understand that even though pleasure is sometimes considered as a positive emotion, it should be not be confused with happiness. According to Kenneth Benjamin from Happiness International team, happiness is achieved when one’s life fulfills one’s needs and gives one that lasting sensation.
What is the happiness? Happiness is not only hard to measure, but it is also difficult to singularly define. People have agonized over this question for centuries. When people were born in this world, of course they always find the real happiness. They thought that the happiness is very hard to find.
We know it is an emotion we have all felt at one or many points in life whether it was on Christmas morning or you simply earned an A on your exam. Happiness is an astonishing emotion that changes our mood for a simple moment or even a lifetime. When happy you feel as if you are on cloud nine with not a worry in the world. Just as though, all your concerns are vanished for that slight moment. Happiness has the effect to take control over oneself in the finest way possible.

For some people, happiness is to enjoy their work, social life, but for other it may be money or family. Happiness is an experience in which we can understand more and learn appreciation. Sometimes, happiness is difficult for many to achieve just because of we can not enjoy the moment that we have.
If you know the tools for happiness, then you’ll make it work like magic Happiness might be in the smallest of the things but sometimes the material things won’t give you permanent feeling of joy, you might be happy with those things for a shorter time but it won’t be long lasting. Just as learning new skills requires effort, you will have to strive and work hard to achieve real, long lasting happiness. 2. If you are satisfied with everything you’ve, you might lose the motivation to achieve more and be more happy Happiness is something that boosts up your energy.
How does someone know if they are truly happy? Much of society have come to associate happiness with the pursuits of personal pleasures or that which makes us “feels good”. When we feel good we display positive expression of emotions such as joy, laughter, kindness and fewer negative emotions such as anger, hate, and sadness. To some people our happiness is already determined through our genes. Some people seek happiness through money and material possessions.
Happiness can be defined in many different ways depending on who you are talking to. To me, it can be found listening to my favorite music with the volume turned all the way up. Through this experience I am able to immerse myself in something I truly love and be a be a better, lighter version of myself. For some, happiness is living in the moment and experiencing life as it passes, but for others it means living a life of virtue. Though happiness may look different for everyone, it is something that everyone is striving for.
