It was difficult at first because it was something I wasn’t used to and I had never done anything like it in my whole life but when I got used to, it made the workout so much easier and it made my body feel better with me lifting the bar with weights on it because it gave my body advantages on lifting the weights, and after everyone got the right form for the bench press, we started to learn how to squat, we first started by watching and listening to what we should do when we are squating and how your body should look and how low you need to get to the ground in order to complete a set and in order not to hurt your body.
