The civil liberty which is the most important is the right of assembling peaceably because it allows ideas to spread throughout society, for people to live and work in a suitable environment, this also people to petition the government in large groups of people. Without the right to assembly; ideas would not spread through society. When you talk to friends or a co-worker, you think of ideas that further benefit yourself or other people. Many inventions were made this way. If people did not have the right to assemble, the living environment in America would be corrupt and, consequently, people would not be as productive at work. Many riots would occur without this civil right. This right allows you to petition the government, which is necessary
