Driver of vehicle 1, Renneker stated she picked up four customers for a carriage ride before traveling southbound on South Leonor K Sullivan Boulevard. Renneker said she observed the bridle over the horse eyes fall off; at which, she stopped and exited the carriage to reapply them. Renneker said she advised the passnegers to exit the carriage while she was reapply the bridle. Renneker said as she was reappling the bridle a helicopter took off from the landing paid and she believed it spooked the hourse. Renneker said the house took off running southbound on South Leonor K Sullivan. Renneker said she observed two of the passengers jump from the carriage while she chased after the horse. Renneker said she got inside of a vehicle who assisted her in chasing down the horse. Renneker said she observed the horse run pass vehicle 2 and the wheel of the carriage clip the passenger side rear bumper. ELWOOD-Elwood police early Wednesday morning cited a train engineer after the train he was driving collided with a car and injured an Elwood woman at a crossing in downtown Elwood. It was the third time in two weeks that engineers have been ticketed by Elwood police at the same crossing. Lucille McKinney, 42, was driving her Buick across a double set of railroad tracks on State Road 28 near Main Street when it was struck by a slow-moving Central Line engine. McKinney said she never saw the train coming. The engine ' headlights were off, the railroad gates didn 't come down, the warning lights didn 't flash, and there was no flagman to warn cars that a train as coming, police said.

Initially targeting equality and not integration, Marshall visited and in 1949, 20 plaintiffs demanded equal treatment across the board in transportation, buildings, teachers' salaries and educational materials. Documents report, the first time Tracey had contact with the Torrington Police Department (TPD) (October 1982) was after her husband became violent towards Charles Thurman, Jr (son) out of the residence. Sadly, officers from the TPD refused to take Tracey's complaint resulting in the escalation of Charles violent behavior. As the violence escalated on November 09, 1982 while Tracey was sitting in her vehicle Charles approached, and started yelling threats and untimely resulting in him smashing her windshield. I choose this case because it is an example of the past affecting the future. In this case Lockhart’s prior crime is affecting how his case is being tried currently. V1 (a tan 1997 Saturn SC NV license plate#23H097) was traveling northbound on Commerce Street in the number one travel lane at approximately 35 MPH. V1 failed to maintain lane while approaching a slight northwest curve of Commerce Street. V1 then struck the center pedestrian median causing moderate to severe damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle as well as severe damage to the wheels and tires.
