On 04-09-2016 at 0315 hours I noticed a pickup stopped on Main Street about Mulberry Street with the passenger door open.
The vehicle then turned onto Mulberry Street and pulled to the side of the road.
I made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and was advised by dispatch Jenae Sisson had an active warrant for her arrest.
Sisson was placed under arrest and placed into hand restraints which were properly fitting and double locked.
Sisson was transported to the Poplar Bluff Police Department booking room where she was processed and lodged at the Butler County Justice Center awaiting bond.

Ps, Elizabeth Gibson and Gerding Speare, allege excessive force and false arrest. Apartment # 510: P Gibson alleges that was on the toilet when MOS break into the bathroom with their guns drawn and pulled her off the toilet. P Gibson states that she was not allowed to get dressed and was dragged into the living room. P Gibson claims she was handcuffed tightly. Apartment # 406: P Speare alleges that she was in her bed when MOS entered the bedroom and dragged her into the living room.
On 01-07-16, Officer Cass #2067 and I responded to 1790 N. Fair Oaks Ave. regarding Missing Person Martha Chavez-Robles. Upon our arrival, we met with Reporting Party Brittany Dominguez who told us the following information: On 01-06-16 at 1400 hrs. Kitchen Staff Maribel Medina saw Chavez in the kitchen area of the facility.

Mr. Smith upon being arrest was transported to the local holding facility and was booked in as a criminal awaiting a court date. He was placed in a holding cell with no mattress or blanket on a concrete floor for 2 days waiting to be placed in general population. His fingerprints and mug shot were taken. On the date of 03/08/2017 at about () hours I was dispatched to the address of 300 N 6th St (the Greybull Motel) in Greybull to a reported domestic violance situation. I was informed by dispatch that the reporting party was in the office of the motel at this time. Upon my arriavl at the above location I spoke with the reporting party, Donald MOFETT() who informed me that his girlfriend had struck him multiple times in the face, neck and shoulder. I observed that MOFETT 'S left eye apeared to be swollen, I also observed marks on the left side of his face, and on his right sholder. When I asked MOFETT what had happened prior to the incident he stated that himself and his girlfriend Montica ROMERO() had gotten a motel room to have some time away from her family that they are staying with, and that both parties had consumed alcohol.
In summary, on 06/05/16 at 2254 hours Ofc. E. Vera #289 and I were patrolling the area of 5900 W Roosevelt Rd. , at which time I observed a vehicle (03 ' silver Volkswagen IL Y804576) disregard the stop light located at 59th Ave./Roosevelt Road. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle.
On Saturday 05/29/2016 at approximately 03:11 hours, I (Ptl. H. Lim) was on patrol in marked patrol vehicle 515 with Ptl. Salvador in the area of Livingston Avenue and How Lane. I was patrolling Livingston Avenue when I observed a White Nissan Maxima heading south with tinted window, I began to follow the vehicle at that point. The vehicle made right turn on How lane. The vehicle was operating at a slow rate of speed How lane and started to swirl left within the marked lane.
Be on the lookout for Michael Hastings and Nathan Jones they are the suspects in the stolen money from Hucks this morning. They were driving a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu Missouri License number MM1P5D. The vehicle has front end damage to the driver’s side headlight area. The vehicle belongs to Felicia Skaggs who is Michael Hastings’ girlfriend and I have been informed he lives with her at 123 Fashionable Circle on East Outer Road. As of the time of this email the vehicle was not at the residence and it did not appear as if anyone was
On 02/28/2017 at approximately 0330 hours, deputies were dispatched to 624 N. Market in Caldwell, KS. Dispatch advised a physical disturbance had just occurred between a mother and her son, the son left the house on foot. All of the doors were locked at the house so he could not get back inside. On Sunday, 01/24/2016, at approximately 20:18 hours, Jackson County dispatch received a 9-1-1 call from a Brittany R. Smith (F/W, DOB: 12/26/1991) reporting a domestic disturbance at 209 N. Walnut St. Desoto, IL 62924. Sergeant Ken Lindsey #2406 and Deputy Brandon Crain #3415 were dispatched. I, Deputy Stacy Stark #1815, responded to the scene as well. I arrived on scene at 20:21 hours.
Several hours later more officers arrived and with a piece of paper they said was a warrant, after she did not come to the door the officers broke down several doors, entered the home and were confronted by Ms. Mapp. She was handcuffed after she took their “warrant” and put it in her dress. Court transcripts states, “The search spread to the rest of the second floor including the child's bedroom, the living room, the kitchen and a dinette. The basement of the building and a trunk found therein were also searched. The obscene materials for possession of which she was ultimately convicted were discovered in the course of that widespread search” ("USSC case Mapp v. Ohio").
I asked if anybody had been in her vehicle and she stated she gave a friend by the name of Michelle a ride and it had to be hers. I asked if anybody had taken her vehicle without her in it and she said her friend Michelle drove her vehicle without her in it. End of statement.
