On the date of 03/08/2017 at about () hours I was dispatched to the address of 300 N 6th St (the Greybull Motel) in Greybull to a reported domestic violance situation. I was informed by dispatch that the reporting party was in the office of the motel at this time. Upon my arriavl at the above location I spoke with the reporting party, Donald MOFETT() who informed me that his girlfriend had struck him multiple times in the face, neck and shoulder. On 02/28/2017 at approximately 0330 hours, deputies were dispatched to 624 N. Market in Caldwell, KS. On Sunday, 01/24/2016, at approximately 20:18 hours, Jackson County dispatch received a 9-1-1 call from a Brittany R. Smith (F/W, DOB: 12/26/1991) reporting a domestic disturbance at 209 N. Walnut St. Desoto, IL 62924. Sergeant Ken Lindsey #2406 and Deputy Brandon Crain #3415 were dispatched. I, Deputy Stacy Stark #1815, responded to the scene as well.
