Much of my clinical experience was obtained through employment, observations, and hands on training which further expanded my understanding of clinical application beyond the textbook. My research experience comprised of hands-on and independent work, yielding applicable skill in critical, independent and analytical thinking. In addition, having five plus years in customer service has profit me the skill to communicate and serve the needs of customers effectively.

I believe my nursing skills expends every time I go to clinical, every time I have new patients, and every time I have new task to do. I get more experience during each clinical. There was an experience where a nurse was assigned to him and she gave him hundred percent attention and took complete care of him. She kept him relaxed, communicated on a personal level and listened to him. Consequently, as we discussed earlier, this has improved Mr.Taylor’s experience. What I noticed when I watched the Seahawks two games against the Bengals, and the Panthers were that the opposing teams must have found a weakness in the Seahawks defense through film of their inability to cover good tight ends. Against the Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert had eight receptions 90 yards two touchdowns. Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen had seven catches 131 yards one touchdown which was the game winning touchdown that beat the Seahawks couple weeks ago. What the Bengals, and Panthers seemed to do was throw at strong side safety Kam Chancellor who's not really known to for his coverage skills. These tight ends were able to run good crisp routes that put Chancellor in bad positions to be able to cover them.

From the time I was born I have been surrounded by sports. My dad tells me that while my mother was giving birth he was watching the Major League Baseball all star game and she made him turn it off. My middle name is Brenden, named after the now retired hall-of-famer, left wing, Brendan Shanahan. I can remember being in love with sports for all my life. For birthday parties when I was younger I would have all of my friends come over and we would play pick up baseball games.

It happened September 22, 2011. It was during seventh period athletics. No one can ever plan for something like this and others never think of it. My life was changed that day, I didn’t know it then, but now that I do I wouldn’t change it for the world. My day started like any other: wake up, go to school, then go home.

I am a failure is all I could think. To say that my education was spiraling out of control would be an understatement. Efforts were not focused on improving myself through knowledge, and I certainly paid no attention to the subordination to my pedagogical superiors. My grades were suffering, I gave no prudence to my future, and whatever energy I had left after my tomfoolery was concentrated to embellishing a facade of aplomb. But, I am not here to brood over my past mistakes and failures; I am here to enlighten them, illuminating my transformation from a distracted child to a self-driven young adult.

In addition to the knowledge I have gained the skills which I have gained from my personal experience and which I have gained while on both field placement and I have been applied with clients, these skills includes, Verbal and non verbal communication ,interpersonal skills, respect for diversity, intervention skill, Case noting, Advocacy skill, Critical thinking skill, Self-awareness& Turning a negative in to positive. These skills are transferable to new potions for instance, communicating with people is necessary while working in the helping profession; this can include both clients and other professionals. It is important to be capable in comprehensibly articulating things to people; furthermore, the type of communication used with a professional

I have always been driven by competition, my will against that of my opponent my work ethic against his. Competition is the basis of who I am and failure does not come naturally to me. I refuse to back down in the face of a challenge, and so when I was asked if I wanted to do wrestling in seventh grade, I accepted just as I had accepted every challenge prior. I knew what I was getting into I knew the hard work that would be required and I knew the toughness of the practice.

The injury might be a small one, but since it is not well taken care of, the bacteria will spread to the body and cause serious infections and in some cases, a loss of a whole body part. Also, if a wound is not tightly closed, the injured person will lose a lot of blood which is severely dangerous. Moreover, there are families consisting of several daughters, and a handicapped father. This father is facing a lot of problems as he is not capable of transporting himself, nor his daughters. If the girls were able to drive, then the whole family would be relieved.

These pains are unbearable! I want to give up! At that moment, I slapped myself hard and loud. How can I give up so easily?

I always felt very mature for my age, but that never made me feel like an adult. The moment when I first felt like an adult was when I started my junior year in high school. I had this overwhelming feeling of being stressed out with grades, sports, work and I did not know how to balance everything, it was a lot. Instead, I started to try and enjoy the little things in life the best I could and doing this seemed to make everything a little easier. When I learned how to enjoy a moment and not think about anything else is when I feel I became an adult.

It wasn't until May 1st, college decision day, that I decided on taking a constructive year off to work, earn money, and attempt to experience the real world before starting college. My plan was never really well developed until the routine of late summer, when I began to piece parts together. I never had a grasp on what people meant by “roads to success aren’t straight” until I began to actually get involved with my day to day planning, building my own unique structure. While I may not have followed the traditional path to ‘success’ in the eyes of society, I am confident that deviating from the beaten path will propel me in a favorable direction. Come early September, the realization hit me that my best buddies were leaving for their new experiences and I was being left back at home like that teddy bear in the attic.
