Annual Phi Alpha Theta Informative Speech

IOWA Iowa is full of some really cool things. Like ice cream even though that ice cream is probably (hopefully) in every town there is somewhere to get ice cream. One Great place to get ice cream is Whitey’s Ice cream in Des Moines and Over the top in Iowa city. Now I 'll tell you more about Iowa. There is more things to do in Iowa then eat of course.

I am going to talk to you about my roller coaster. I named my roller coaster “The Disney Wonder.” My roller coaster will show previews of some of the ultimate most popular rides in Walt Disney World. I believe this roller coaster will be something not abounding designers have built. My roller coaster will be inside.

To a lot of people, mostly boys’ cheerleading isn’t considered a sport. But did you know that cheerleading was originally meant for boys? I bet you didn’t, the first cheerleader’s name was Johnny Campbell; he decided that one day that he wanted to lead chants at the University of Minnesota’s football game. He then created a whole team that would help him lead the crowd at different University of Minnesota sports games. Then, on November 2, 1898, Johnny Campbell was recognized to be the world’s first official cheerleader.

Hello, my name is Katelynn Lauria, I am a proud 8th grade Skipjack, and the president of the National Junior Honors Society. I would like to congratulate all who have been picked and chosen to join the NJHS, and join us on our adventure. As part of the National Junior Honors Society you are becoming a leader of the school and setting a good example for others, so you need to represent the scholarship and citizenship role of being in NJHS. An example of this is making sure you are following Booker T. Washington’s 5 Rs and setting up a good example of how to act. Following the 5 Rs includes following them not only at school, but at all times in your life like at home.

There is so many college students that are the first in their family or struggle to finish high school to even get in to college. IV. [Preview of what is to come.] So, I want to show the history of Michigan state college. Second I want to talk about how Eric Thomas came to this college and started to make big change in the university and community around it.

The title of the most ‘Disorganized, Sporadically Planned, Disaster of an Event of the 2016-2017 School Year,’ must sadly be granted the 2016-17 National Honor Society Induction Ceremony. As a brand new National Honor Society Inductee, I was honored with the chance to attend this prestigious event and found myself leaving dissatisfied and disillusioned. The National Honor Society is a well-respected and important organization in the academic community, one that students work hard to achieve enrollment in and colleges view with respect and admiration. The Induction Ceremony is meant to honor these students dedication and scholastic work ethic and pay homage to the Honor students that have come before us. I had much been looking forward the event as a way to show my family how much effort I have poured into my highschool career.

The world of a silent rapper Sean Forbes is a deaf rapper He’s 34 born on February 5th 1982.He was born in Detroit Michigan. Sean’s parents where not deaf and could hear. Sean Forbes became due to Spinal meningitis. Sean first started to play guitar and wright music when he was just 10 years old. Sean’s parents are both musicians.

I was very honored to know that I qualified as a possible candidate for the National Honor Society. To be honest, I never thought of being in the National Honor Society. Therefore, when I got pulled out of class I immediately thought I had done something wrong. I went home that day and told my mom about it. My mom looked me in the eyes and told me that she was very proud of me and gave me a big hug.

Good morning, I welcome you all here today to the 2015 Science National Honor Society Induction Ceremony. I am honored to been asked to speak and to celebrate this wonderful occasion. I would like to congratulate to the students for being honored today for your achievements in leadership, community service, scholarship, character and your enthusiasm on science which are shown through hardwork and dedication that each of you has displayed. I apologize for not being able to contact you sooner. When we returned to Clemson on December 4, Sayuri’s parents wished to keep her in Los Angeles. We were not able to convince her parents to let Sayuri return to Clemson even though we repeatedly emphasized that Clemson is a better place for raising children. Thus, I would like to officially withdraw Sayuri from Clemson Elementary School.

The person whose construction by the media I’m about to explore can be described as the exciting young talent who can make Australia as a great superpower in the world of tennis. Well, there is a profession were people listen to others and at the same time, thousands of thoughts are being connected in their minds with a purpose of understanding and helping you. This profession is called psychology, the profession I chose to practice when I grow up and by the end of this speech I will prove to you that psychology is great, that my characteristics match the profession and that I have a plan to follow to get there.
