Firstly, according to Scott (2014), acute stress is a period during which it is possible to untangle, collect thoughts and get back to normal. Acute stress is experienced in response to an immediate perceived threat, either physical, emotional or psychological. Acute stress is actually exciting and thrilling in small doses but too much can make you feel exhausted. That is same with running, running beyond your maximum can lead to falls and exhaustions. In this summer holiday, I worked at an office. Although I received a high income in this job, the workloads were very high and works were very strict. Since it was my first time to work in office and I was not good at office relationship which made me so nervous and worry. And I worked very carefully. But the thing was not going well.
One time, my boss called me to finish three tasks before that day 6 p.m. and that time was 4 p.m. I was shocked since I knew my ability was not capable to finish on time. My hands were shaking and sweating while my heartbeat fastened. Although I wanted to finish on time with high quality, I had made some mistakes in that time. It made my working speed became slower. As time went by, I was far from finish. My nervousness got more serious time by time. And I was under stress. At 5 p.m. I still had one task did not finish, I was scared that my boss would sack me when I was not finished on time. I started to seek help but all my colleagues were busy. I felt anxious. At 6 p.pm. My boss did not come back on time, I continuous to finish all the works. It was thankful that I had finish all the records before my boss came

It was eleven o’three when I finally started my homework. It was official; I was in the fourth, final, and worst stage of procrastination, the crisis stage. I was exhausted, just trying to finish solving all the problems, and not even checking to see if any of them were right. If you are like most of us, as the time approaches to begin working on a task, you will begin to think about the reason you really don't want to do it. Your thought are powerful and capable of detouring you away from acting. When this happens, you have a choice to make. If you give in, you will miss your scheduled task and afterwards feel terrible. If you decide to push through, you will feel the satisfaction that comes with accomplishment.

Many techniques were used that caught the audience’s attention and kept them interested,like examples from Urban’s own life and comedy. Ever since I was young, dentistry had sparked my interest for my career. Dentistry appeals to me chiefly because I had always wanted to be involved in a profession where I can help people. My love towards human biology especially human teeth also contributes to my career choice. Most importantly, I find human teeth interesting, often fascinating.
